Twenty-Three year old Tarik Jackson of South Philadelphia was charged with Firearms and Assault charges as a result of an incident which is alleged to have occurred on July 10, 2007 in the 1200 block of South Greylock Street in South Philadelphia.

Philly Man Acquitted of Murder

Perry de Marco successfully argued that the evidence was woefully lacking to prove the burden beyond a reasonable doubt that the man was guilty. The man was cleared of murder charges after his first trial in April ended in a hung jury.
